REFUGEE VOICES - SAY IT WITH FEELING

At the very heart of our RAP sessions are the refugees and asylum seekers who talk about their experiences. Their words can change minds. Often it’s only when people hear these first-hand accounts of the terrible circumstances that force folks to flee, that they understand these complex situations more clearly.

Refugee voices

Refugee speakers are at the heart of our sessions but if you don’t have someone presenting with you but still want to talk people through some real-life examples, then please use one of the following.

The first-hand accounts that you’ll find here are from real people that Refugee Action has worked with. Names might sometimes be changed but the accounts are truthful. Every single one of them makes essential reading – distressing sometimes, yes, but nevertheless enlightening and hugely important.
