Telephone Advice Line

The Telephone Advice Line on 0800 800 052 is available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10am and 12.30pm and again between 2pm and 4.30pm. It offers advice and casework assistance over the phone and is quick and easy to use. The line can get busy, but please keep trying.  A telephone interpreter will be provided if necessary.

Unfortunately we can no longer offer appointments at our office or a drop-in service.

If you have a refugee status, Bristol Refugee Rights or the local Red Cross may be able to help you.
