The Basis Project - supporting Refugee Community Organisations

The Basis Project is a new, England-wide service giving one-to-one support to hundreds of Refugee Community Organisations (RCOs) to help them manage, develop and sustain their work. We focus on financial management, project development, fundraising and organisational development.

We also work with funders and other mainstream bodies to increase their understanding of RCOs, their needs and the benefits they bring.

BASIS is a partnership project funded by the Big Lottery, led by Refugee Council and Refugee Action. Refugee Action provide the BASIS service to RCOs in the South West region.
