Like a bit of a singsong All Night Long? Just Can't Get Enough of karaoke?
Always wanted to raise Money, Money, Money for charity but shudder at the thought of running 26 miles?
If so, Refugee Action's Charioke Marathon needs you!
If you reckon you can out-Mariah 2009's top fundraisers Vanessa and Joy (£2,400 raised for Refugee Action) or match the vocal stylings of the 2009 team, then it’s time to start limbering up for 2011.
We’re now signing up singers brave enough to break the karaoke pain barrier.
If you'd like to sing your heart out for charity, email us at

Charioke Marathon will be taking to the mic again on 14 March 2011 in Smithfield, London!
The first-ever 10–hour non–stop karaoke fundraiser took place in November 2009 in London and Brighton.
Teams raised £23,000 for the charity world's unsung heroes by being sponsored to survive an aurally–exhausting sing–a–thon. Refugee Action raised an incredible £13,000 as part of the total.
Just like a charity marathon, but without the overly revealing synthetic sportswear and the chafing, 2009 saw 115 Charioke champs sweating, panting and limping to the finale line in support of 13 different charities.
Have a chortle at the 2009 Charioke
audio–visual hall of shame on our Facebook page and keep up to date with Charioke 2011.
