The Gateway Protection Programme is a Home Office funded humanitarian programme which provides protection to some of the world’s most vulnerable refugees who are then resettled to the UK on a co-ordinated basis. We are now looking for an experienced and resourceful Deputy Manager for our Manchester based team, which provides high quality support to refugees resettling in the UK.

You will have experience of managing staff, care planning and casework, and be skilled in providing high quality support to disadvantaged people in a community setting. You will also possess insight into the needs of refugees, have experience of working in partnership and excellent communication skills. A good working knowledge of welfare rights and entitlements is essential.
