Access to Justice Caseworkers
We are looking for three articulate and professional Caseworkers to join our new Access to Justice Project to help asylum seekers appeal against refusals of legal aid and find them new legal representatives.
You will need to have experience of advisory work and knowledge of asylum legislation and case law, excellent written communication skills and be accredited to at least OISC Level 2 or LSC Level 1. Insight into the needs, experiences and hopes of refugees and asylum seekers will be essential.
