City centre event in conjunction with Long Journey Home featuring music and perfomances from around the world as well as balloons, flyers and information about Refugee Week. 12.30 – 4.30 p.m.

Friday 20 June : Asylum Dialogues

iceandfire theatre company are pleased to announce the launch of their new documentary play celebrating friendship and solidarity between British people and asylum seekers living among them.

Asylum Dialogues, scripted by award-winning playwright Sonja Linden, was created specifically for the Actors for Human Rights network. 6:45 for 7pm

Nottingham

Saturday 14th June: Refugee Week Launch Stall, Nottingham

A city centre stall with balloons, badges, stickers and flyers which will be raising awareness of refugee and asylum issues as well as Refugee Week. 11 a.m. onwards

The city centre, starting below St. Peter’s Church on St. Peter’s Gate (near to M&S) and then moving to the first floor of Nottingham’s Central Library in Angel Row to join in with the Beyond Borders Refugee Week Launch Event
