International football tournament - three football players on a green field

For those that just can’t wait for the World Cup, Refugee Action presents the next best thing – Leicester’s International Football Tournament.

A popular fixture in the annual Refugee Week calendar, this six-a-side tournament brings together local businesses, charities and players from every corner of the globe, cheered on by friends and family.

But you needn’t know your off-side rule from your hand-ball to enjoy the day. There’ll be plenty of games and activities for the whole family and access to Abbey Park.

For the full run-down of events going on across Leicester, download the Leicester Refugee Week Programme.
