How to apply
Phone
If you want to apply for the Choices Assisted Voluntary Return programme please call us on our free phone number 0808 800 0007.
Your case will then be allocated to a Choices office and a Choices worker will call you back.
Fax
If you would prefer to download and fax your application, please fax it to 0207 828 5334. Please include a completed confidentiality form with your application form.
Please include a correct telephone number on the application form as we will need to contact you before we process the application.
If you do not hear from us within one working day, please call us on 0808 800 0007.
Drop in
If you live in the Greater Manchester area you can drop in to our Manchester office on Monday to Friday from 9.30 – 5.00 pm at
23 - 37 Edge Street, Manchester, M4 1HW.
If you live in the London area you can drop in to our London Office on Monday to Wednesday from 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 16.00 at Victoria Charity Centre, 11 Belgrave Road, London, SW1V 1RB.
