Our community development worker assists refugee community organisations and support groups around Portsmouth to develop services and build their organisations to help the integration of refugees.

We support refugee community organisations (RCOs) enabling them to serve their members better and to develop. We help new groups with their constitutions, opening bank accounts and fundraising applications.

We can also signpost groups to voluntary and statutory organisations in the region that can help refugees and RCOs.

We support statutory organisations in their provision of service delivery by raising awareness of the situation of refugees and asylum seekers.
