Providing support, information and advice to asylum seekers and refugees in Bradford

The advisors at our drop-in service provide asylum seekers and refugees in the Bradford region with support, information and advice to help them rebuild their lives and overcome challenges.

Refugees and asylum seekers come to our centre for advice on their immigration status and for information about their entitlement to benefits (including Home Office support) and housing advice.

Some may require referral to other physical and mental health programmes to help them recover from the trauma they fled in their home countries. Our partner, Solace, provides one-to-one and group therapeutic services in our offices for refugees and asylum-seekers for those who need such services.

Others have been granted permission to stay and need help with registering for housing and benefits.

Who does this service support?

Refugees and asylum seekers based in Bradford who require support to improve their health, advice on their immigration status and what support they are entitled to claim or help to settle into their new communities.
