Providing support for asylum seekers in Greater Manchester as they prepare their asylum claims and appeals.
Our Increasing Asylum Justice project helps empower asylum seekers in Greater Manchester to understand the process they are going through and enables them to take action to positively affect their situation.
We aim to work with people as early on in their asylum journey as possible, and especially around the point of their main Home Office interview so that people feel better prepared and empowered to engage with the process. We will also work with people who have received an initial negative decision so that they can prepare for their appeal.
Who does this service support?
Asylum seekers in Greater Manchester who need legal advice and help in understanding their rights, and the legal advisors proving them with assistance.
