Support Refugee Action at work

Would you like to help refugees while you work? Here are a few ways that you or your colleagues can support Refugee Action.

Donate to Refugee Action via Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is a way to donate directly from your salary each month before Income Tax is deducted.

You can donate through Payroll Giving if you are an employee paid weekly or monthly through PAYE, or if you receive a company and/or personal pension and your provider deducts through PAYE. There are no extra tax forms to fill in – just ask your payroll team to set up payroll giving to Refugee Action.

If your employer or pension provider doesn’t run a Payroll Giving scheme, they can find out more about it from the Gov.uk website or they can contact our Payroll Giving team.

Raise money by taking part in a fundraising challenge

Taking part in a fundraising challenge is a great way to strengthen your workplace team and raise money for Refugee Action. Sign up to take part in one of our fundraising events, or organise your own fundraiser.

From running to baking, every pound you and your colleagues raise helps us reach more vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers in the UK who need our help.

Make Refugee Action your organisation’s official charity

If your organisation has an official charity programme, why not suggest that they support Refugee Action? Contact our Supporter Care team to find out more about partnering with us.
