Caroline Gormley

Caroline is an experienced fundraising leader, having worked in a variety of fundraising disciplines for health and social cares charities in the UK and Ireland for 17 years, including Evelina London Children's hospital, Guy's & St Thomas' hospitals, King's College London, Tommy’s, Leonard Cheshire Disability and Arthritis Ireland. Today, Caroline is a Fundraising strategy consultant supporting charities, social enterprises and impact led businesses in the UK and across Europe. She is passionate about storytelling: the power of people's stories, the challenges they face and how philanthropy can help overcome them.

She has been a volunteer mentor with CARAS (Community Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers) in her local community of Tooting, TERN (The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network), and Hatch Enterprise, a charity supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. She is also currently a mentor with the FemMentored community, a space for women from the social impact sector to learn from each other and to share experiences.
