Lai-Har is the strategic lead for all aspects of Human Resources at Refugee Action and holds a key leadership role in our work to become an anti-racist organisation, and to shift power to those who have experienced forced displacement. She joined Refugee Action in 2022.

Lai-Har has worked in the charity and voluntary sector for over 20 years, including senior HR roles at Action Aid UK, and NCVO. She is CIPD qualified, and a TCM Accredited Investigator.

Lai-Har is a trustee of Runnymede Trust, the UK’s leading race equality think tank.
