Tom has worked in public sector policy, strategy and finance for over 16 years, working predominantly in health and social care. Tom has also worked for Medecins Sans Frontieres in DR Congo and has acted as trustee and chair of a Local Mind Association in London and treasurer of MSF-UK.

Tom is passionate about well-managed and efficient public services, making sure that funds go as far as possible in delivering patient care or support for beneficiaries, particularly for those that are most vulnerable.

Tom is currently taking some time to look after his young children in Spain after finishing a contract with NHS England on the NHS 5 Year Foward View.
