Yvonne joined the Senior Leadership Team in April 2022 and leads all our refugee resettlement and integration services. She has worked at Refugee Action since 2010, joining as a resettlement caseworker and has worked in different roles as a resettlement manager, service manager and a response manager after the Afghan evacuee crisis in 2021.

Her lived experience of the immigration system in the UK and background in social work gives her a good insight of the need to promote social justice and enable refugees to integrate meaningfully in their communities.
